Healthcare & Medical

A private specialty medical practice

The situation
A 60-year, four-location specialty medical practice needed more patients from the website it already had, and a strong launch for a new office, without an advertising budget.
My role
Led marketing strategy and creative for the practice: content, search, listings, social, video, PR, and visibility in AI search. The engagement ended in summer 2026 when the practice changed agencies.
  • Patient inquiries grew from 372 (2024) to 460 (2025), up 24%, while sessions grew about 6%. Inquiries grew four times faster than traffic.
  • The new-location launch earned 300 PR pickups and a potential audience of more than 104 million.
  • ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude were all crawling the site, which surfaced in 903 AI-generated queries in 30 days (July 2026).
  • These results came with no ad budget: content, search, listings management, and PR.

Construction, Engineering & Building Services

Controlled Environment Systems & Western Environmental

The situation
A five-year relationship spanning a post-acquisition brand and demand integration, along with its acquired sister company. The first piece of work was securing ownership of the client’s own domain.
My role
Led brand and demand strategy across both companies: vertical-by-vertical content, a capture form for every market, automation, video, sales enablement, and search and AI visibility.
  • Parent-brand inquiries rose from 68 to 98 with no paid media.
  • Conversion efficiency improved about 54%.
  • Vertical-by-vertical content, each with its own capture form, meant inquiries arrived pre-qualified.
  • At the sister company, about one in three qualified inquiries became work, at roughly $250K per project on the low end.

Consumer Products & Retail

Dolan Flavoring

The situation
A Maine vanilla and flavoring maker founded in 1906 was profitable but stagnant: a product customers loved and could not find online, with no website and no social media. The family needed it findable again without losing the heritage that made it worth finding.
My role
Built the digital foundation from zero: website and online store, social media, brand and logo renovation, relaunch PR, video, and shipping-carton design. Worked alongside the family, who led operations and retail.
  • The business was profitable but stagnant, with no website and no social media. The digital foundation was built from zero.
  • The product is back in Hannaford stores across the region, a return to Shaw’s is underway, and Market Basket has grown from three Maine stores to 13 across Maine and New Hampshire.
